($500) Corporate Sponsor Table: Vendors that support the association through a corporate sponsorship ($300/year) can purchase a table/booth on the Expo Hall floor for just $500 & will get to choose the location of their table/booth (on first come first serve basis) from the remaining open spots until all booth allotments are sold. -Recommended- ($750) Standard Table Rate: Vendors purchasing a table/booth @ the standard $750 option, (non-corporate sponsors) will get to choose table/booth location once the table/booth allotment has sold out and all HTMA-MW corporate sponsors have selected their booth location, again on first come first serve basis.
