The Following Sponsorships can be purchased in the HTMA Midwest Symposium Sponsorship Store at the top of the main menu bar.
($500) Corporate Sponsor Table: Vendors that support the association through a corporate sponsorship ($300/year) can purchase a table/booth on the Expo Hall floor for just $500 and will get to choose the location of their table/booth (on first come first serve basis) from the remaining open spots until all booth allotments are sold.
($750) Standard Table Rate: Vendors purchasing a table/booth @ the standard $750 option, (non-corporate sponsors) will get to choose table/booth location once the table/booth allotment has sold out and all HTMA-MW corporate sponsors have selected their booth location, again on first come first serve basis.
($500) Big Screen Ad Space: Your company Logo, picture and/or video (no audio) will be displayed on all 6 large screens in the Expo Hall & will play for 1 minute/every 6 minutes for the duration of the 4-hour Expo Hall event. Contact the HTMA Webmaster for format details. 4 spots still available
Bag Sponsorship- QRS/Datrend is sponsoring the swag bags.
($500) Lanyard Sponsorship: Your company name & logo will be on the branded lanyards given out to every attendee at the event. 1 Available
($1,500) Breakfast sponsorship: Breakfast, including but not limited to; donuts, pastries, mixed fruit, coffee & juices will be provided to attendees & vendors during Registration from 7am-9am. Large signage will be displayed at the entry to the building as well as in the common gathering area to promote your company's generous sponsorship. 1 Available
($750) Snack sponsorship: A snack tray & soft drinks/water will be set up on a table in each of the classrooms. Signage will be displayed in each classroom location to promote your company's generous sponsorship. 1 Available
($2,500) Keynote Speaker & Luncheon Sponsorship: We will be providing Kansas City Joe's BBQ to all guests & vendors during the Keynote Luncheon. Large signage will be displayed at the entry to the Luncheon & Expo Halls as well as in the common gathering area to promote your company's generous sponsorship. Your company logo will also be one of two logos on all attendee's name tags (see example below). 2 Available
($500) Gift card Sponsorships: We will raffle off $500 gift cards at the end of the Expo Hall event. 4ea $500 gift cards to our BMETS & HTM professionals in attendance as well as 1ea $500 gift card to our Clinical/Healthcare guests in attendance. 5 Available
($150) Gift Card Sponsorship: We will raffle off 1 $150 gift card to any students/career changers in attendance. 1 Available
($600) Top Golf Event Bays: We are offering each vendor a chance to sponsor a bay at our Friday 18th Top Golf event. The $600 gets 1 bay for 2 hours, food & 2 drink tickets for up to 6 people. Large signage will be displayed at each bay to promote your company's generous sponsorship.
